I know how you feel. Everything seems dark and you can’t get rid of that weird hurt deep inside. All you want is a silence but you can’t get it because your thoughts don’t seem to stop doing blahblahblah. But I believe that you cannot be truly happy without being upset once in a while. You can’t have good without bad. So how to get rid of that heavy feeling? Look around yourself. Can you see it? The beauty that’s still left all around you? Because I do and it makes me utterly happy. The gentle breeze circling into your arms, the birds tweeting (this is so cheesy but everytime I go out and hear the birds tweeting I smile like a fool:)), the sun light that reminds you there are so many things waiting for you out there. All the mystery places you’ve never been to, doesn’t it make you excited and motivated to live? Take a deep breathe. You’re a special and precious human being, you have endless possibilities, just imagine all the things you’ve always wanted to do and you still can. Relax. Drink a green tea that has a calming effect on the brain. Relax in an essential oil bath. Listen to your favourite music, but really enjoy it like never before. Every time I listen to this or this song, I think ‘how can anybody be even sad?’. Yes, these songs can make me feel so out-of-the-way. I can’t describe it. And do you know what always brings my spirits up? Yoga or a long run to release endorphins. While I’m running all those noisy thoughts disappear. Go for a walk. Eat something really yummy like a fresh fruit or chocolate. Inhale. Exhale. Be happy lovely, because there are so many reason to be happy. Like shitloads of them haha :D
